Return Policy

  • Return Window: You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check your customizations before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at urbnpicks@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery to initiate your return.

  2. Return Approval: Once we approve your return request, we will send you a return authorization and detailed instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Make sure to include your order number and reason for return.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship your return to the following address:

    Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at urbnpicks@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
